At Cojali we regard continuous training as a differentiating element that is essential for a long-term successful project,
regardless of its scope. This is why, between October the 31st and November the 3rd, the II Edition of the Jaltest Distributors
Training Course has been held for the South American market, where there is a great demand of training and the technological advances in commercial vehicles are now unstoppable.
Jaltest requires distributors who are very prepared and can keep up with the latest technologies, so they are able to provide the best aftermarket service to the end customer.
They were 4 intense days with 4 different training courses that combined theory and practice. The Jaltest e-Learning platform helped study the following subjects:
- Fans. Efficiency tests and configuration..
- Electricity. Checking of sensors and electrical components.
- Common-Rail. Diagnosis and fuel system checks.
- Jaltest Expert Mode. Calibrations and modification of parameters.
The event was held in La Plata, Argentina, and was attended by distributors from different countries of the South American market. According to the participants, these events are
useful for “improving the way to provide customer service”, “strengthen ties between the manufacturer and the distribution network” and, of course, for “strengthening
theoretical/practical concepts for a better usage of the tool’s potential”.
