Cojali Group, known for developing diagnostics software and technology solutions, will showcase its advancements at TMC2024 (Technology & Maintenance Council) for its 10th time. This event is a key meeting point for Truck Fleet Professionals, Vehicle Manufacturers, and Component Suppliers in the Heavy-Duty Industry, taking place this year in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, from March 4th to 7th.

In this release, Cojali reinforces its position as an industry innovator, unveiling advanced technology solutions tailored for the heavy-duty sector. Recently, its well-known brand Jaltest Diagnostics has strengthened its resources to provide robust customer support, setting a new standard among support being provided by diagnostics solution’s manufacturers in the market. The recently introduced Jaltest Diagnostics Advanced Technical Support (ATS) is offered by an in-house team of certified technical specialists. The integration of repair information with live technical support, facilitated by this dedicated customer support team, aims to enhance the user experience. Nonetheless, this year’s Jaltest Diagnostics’ most significant addition is the latest offering: Jaltest Central Services.

Jaltest Central Services is a suite of services that addresses the demand for advanced functionalities traditionally limited to dealer domains. With the upcoming release of Jaltest Diagnostics version 24.1, expected to be released March 1, users will find a range of Jaltest Central Services offerings within their software interface, including features like International Body Controller Update, Paccar MX PCI Engine for EPA 13 and EPA 14, Cummins Revision Update, among others. If users meet the qualification criteria, our customer support team is ready to perform these actions remotely on their vehicles, providing enhanced diagnostics capabilities without unnecessary hype.

Cojali is also adapting its offerings to the specific needs of fleets, allowing them to customize their diagnostics tool coverage. This flexibility ensures that fleets can tailor the software to meet their unique requirements, reinforcing Cojali’s commitment to customer satisfaction and industry excellence. This feature, added to the advanced connectivity software, Jaltest Telematics, offers a 360º solution for fleets.
