1. COMPANY INFORMATION

Cojali S.L. (hereinafter «Cojali»), with registered office on Avda. De La Industria, S/N, Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real, Spain, VAT No. / Tax ID: B-13210489 and acting as Data Processor, following the instructions and directions of the Company that has requested Cojali's services and the owner of the license of use of Jaltest Telematics Mobile, acting and referred hereinafter as Data Controller, informs that the personal data provided by you, the Data Subject, when using this application, will be processed in order to provide the service of Jaltest Telematics Mobile.

Cojali complies with the provisions established by the Personal Data Protection Act 3/2018 from December the 5th, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union and the regulations in force at any time to guarantee the proper use and treatment of the Data Subject personal data.

2. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In any case, the Data Subject has the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw and any other right granted by the abovementioned regulations, by sending a request to the Data Controller or, alternatively, sending us an e-mail to cojali@cojali.com. The Data Subject must indicate the Data Controller information (Name of the Company and email address at least) and their own information (ID card copy, postal address and phone number).

3. DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

Cojali will only process personal data of the Data Subject according to the instructions of the Data Controller. By following these instructions, Cojali will collect and use some personal information necessary to provide our services as Data Processor, whose categories are:

• Identification Data (Name, ID, transport card number, license plate, etc.).
• Location Data (Position, velocity, etc.).
• Tachograph data (Driving time, rests, etc.).

The Jaltest Telematics Mobile application also needs access to your mobile phone GPS, camera and internal storage in order to provide the services requested by the Data Controller, which will be used to determine your location and to submit documentation to the application, this documentation shall only contain non-personal information or personal information listed previously. It is the responsibility of the Data Subject not to send any other personal information through the application.

By installing the Jaltest Telematics Mobile application, you accept and consent this data processing, notwithstanding the Data Controller’s obligation to obtain your consent as the party responsible for the data processing.

4. DATA TRANSFER

Cojali will only transmit the Data Subject personal data to the Data Controller. It is the sole responsibility of the Data Processor to inform the Data Subject of any personal data transfer which may take place.

5. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

Cojali will also collect or compile information that by itself cannot be directly associated with a specific person, which can be technical information or anonymized data in such a way that are dissociated from the Data Subject, hereinafter Non-Personal Information. This Policy in no way restricts or limits Cojali collection and use of Non-Personal Information, and Cojali may freely share and use Non-Personal Information collected by Cojali with third parties for various purposes, including, but not limited to, helping us to better understand our customer needs and improving our Service, and for advertising and marketing purposes.
