JALTEST TOOLS | Kit for disassembly/assembly of the range synchroniser ring

In Jaltest Tools, we have been working to create the ideal kit of special tools to disassemble and assemble the range synchroniser ring of an i-Shift AT and VT gearbox in an efficient way and following the recommendations of the manufacturer.

The function of the synchroniser rings of gearboxes is to reduce the rotational speed, avoiding the gear shift while the shaft speeds are not synchronised. In this way, it is achieved a softer, faster and more precise speed gear shift.
