DID YOU KNOW?: GRP USER ACCOUNTS

GRP (Garage Resource Planning) allows you to create user accounts to manage your shop, a full resource planning tool. GRP includes user accounts with different professional categories to be able to determine the access level. There are five user roles; Administrator, Service manager, Shop foreman, Technician and Receptionist.

To enable this function, you need to activate GRP Synchro which will allow you to synchronize and share your diagnostics information amongst the different computers in which you have Jaltest installed. To activate your GRP Synchro or GRP Enterprise, send an email to customersupport@jaltest.com with your SN and all pertinent data, and we will get you all set up.
