Cojali states its corporate commitment to women on International Women's Day.

This day is especially important for us since our staff include a very significant number of women that increases year after year.

Moreover, given the multi-national scope of our company, we feel it is our duty to play a fundamental role in supporting and developing specific plans in the working environment with the purpose of achieving real and effective equal opportunities.

Thanks to the development of the policies included in our equality plan, we wish to become a driving force for real change in our sector, traditionally dominated by men and, in general, for change in our environment and society.
