DESCRIPTION

Interactive course focused on describing the complete operation and possible failures of the ZF TraXon gearbox.

The ZF TraXon gearbox is disassembled and assembled and in this process each sensor and the main electronic and mechanical components are identified in a practical way.

The potential of Jaltest in ZF TraXon is analysed in a practical way (diagnostics, solenoid valve actuation and signal measurement).

TARGETS

This course aims to provide training for technicians on the functioning of the ZF TraXon gearbox and its main failures, in the assembly and disassembly with the adequate equipment and on the meaning of the diagnostics values measured by Jaltest.
