This tool is used in vehicles with VOLVO/RENAULT engines with Euro 6 standards to assemble conical stainless-steel injector sleeves.

Why is it necessary to use this tool?

If the injector sleeve is not properly tightened and the injector housing is not sealed, we could incidentally remove the sleeve when trying to remove just the injector. Also, coolant could be spilled on the combustion chamber and possibly on the crankcase.

Consequences:

• High cost in time and money since the oil must be replaced and the coolant must be properly cleaned.
• Possible corrosion of engine components, segments, etc.

Therefore, it is essential to use the correct equipment in order to offer our clients a guaranteed repair and project a professional image of our workshop.
