How to Activate the Integration

1. Administrator Setup in GRP Web
• Log in to the GRP Web portal using administrator credentials (only admins can activate this feature).
• Go to: Menu → Configuration → Integrations
• Click on Decisiv and enter your Decisiv credentials.
• Click Activate.
Tip: If Jaltest was already open, close and reopen the application to refresh the integration. No new login is required to send reports to Decisiv.
2. Scanning and Uploading Reports
• Perform a vehicle scan using the “System Scan + Read Fault Codes” option.
• The diagnostic report will automatically upload to Decisiv.
If there’s no asset, case, or customer associated with the scanned vehicle in Decisiv, they must be created through the Decisiv portal first. Once the case exists, you can:
• Manually resubmit the report via GRP Web, or
• Re-scan the vehicle.
3. Report Resubmission & Status
• If an error occurred during upload, go to GRP Web.
• Click the three-dot menu beside the report and select “Resubmit report.”
• Once sent successfully, the “Report Status” will change to “Sent.”

Users can continue working in Jaltest as usual, with the added benefit of having each System Scan + Read Fault Codes automatically linked to service cases in Decisiv.
